Lavatec featuring new technical advances at Texcare International Expo

Beacon Falls, CT – June 6, 2016 – Lavatec Laundry Technology has established itself in the marketplace as having the most durable and reliable equipment for any size operation. Laundry operators understand that purchasing a Lavatec machine means they can expect it to last a very long time.

Many visitors to this week’s Texcare International Expo, being held June 11-15 in Frankfurt, Germany, will have that in mind when they see what Lavatec (Hall 8.0, Stand F90) has in store. The company will exhibit a variety of across-the-board equipment with new technology features for faster and more efficient operation.

"We take pride in designing and manufacturing equipment that provides exceptional productivity and lower operating costs than our competition," remarked Keith Ware, Lavatec’s Vice President of Sales. "We build equipment worthy of investment; we have many customers with equipment that is over 20-years-old, and some that is approaching 30 years. With our technology features and upgrades taking everything - including water and energy consumption - into consideration, you can expect them to perform efficiently and on a cost effective basis."

At Texcare International, Lavatec will display a complete array of products with a tunnel washer, extraction press, a washer extractor and centrifugal extractor, and dryers. Mr. Ware indicated several of the machines would highlight unique new technical features.

"The LX 445 washer extractor is a perfect example. We listened to our customers to provide efficient, operator-friendly products that they need. The LX 445 has a compact design and small footprint, a truly desired trait for any size laundry operation. Our computerized system with touch screen controls allows an operator to maximize their time and efficiency.

"And the simple design system controls time and temperature, level dosing, drum speed, reversing and cool down aspects with significant results. Combine it with a drive motor system that reserves power during all cycles for the lowest energy consumption at any speed, and that translates to a machine with positive, bottom-line results."

Ware encourages visitors to check out the new technical features that can be found on the LP575 extraction press, LZ 286S centrifugal extractor, and FL 633 tumbler dryer. The LP575 offers advantages with a new hydraulics system for faster, more efficient operation. The LZ 286S is now equipped with a new drive system and pivoting gearbox, and the FL633 provides new control features.

Lavatec will also exhibit the small but highly efficient LT 35-06 tunnel washer and a pair of TT 745 Ecodry dryers. The award-winning Ecodry is a transfer batch dryer that delivers superior results. With a specially designed burner, full-width heat input and infra-red measurement of linen surface temperatures, it provides significantly shorter dry cycles at minimal energy consumption.
